The Townhomes of Turtle Creek

I've lived here for two years. Literally the best and most affordable townhome you can rent! I live in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 restroom with a washer and dryer connection. The only 3 problems for me are that I have to stack my washer and dryer in a small laundry room (its built-in), and there have been occasional barks at night, but nothing too much (all I had to do was contact management and they answered the next day or a couple of hours). There is very little parking space, given that a lot of people own too many cars, but luckily no one parked in my drive a lot The AC works perfectly, and boundaries neighborhood is nice. The people here are super friendly and respect boundaries. You'll like it here. Management is the best I have ever had in my entire renter's life!

Nice neighborhood but TERRIBLE parking. Doesn't enforce their own towing rules. Cars can be parked for longer than 72 hours in shared spaces and nothing is done about it. Even though they say after 72 hours your vehicle will be towed in a shared space. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!

The county services the front yard your responsible for the backyard according to the community

Did some plumbing work at this location, and this led to other work. Prior service people charged for services not delivered. I promised and delivered, so I am with plenty of more work. Something like honesty can go a long way. Thank you. Rudolph.
