The Towers Woodland

I really enjoy living here! The apartment complex has such a welcoming atmosphere and some great amenities. The infinity pool is a highlight – it feels like a resort every time I go for a swim. There is a beautiful walking trail that makes it easy to relax or get some fresh air without even leaving the property. The management staff organizes social events on the weekends and Juan, the leasing agent is very nice and welcoming. The maintenance team is always responsive and quick to help with any issues. Overall, this community combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury – highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

This year I will be 4 years living in Towers Woodlands! And I can say that living here is a wonderful experience! Franky loves to walk along the trail and run through all green areas. Definitely if you want to live here, you won't regret it. Ask for my friend Juan (in the office) he will serve you in the best possible way and will give you the best tour around the place!

I rented an apartment in this community for 6 months, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. During the fifth month, I traveled for a while, and when I came back, I found water leaking from the ceiling, the paint on the walls peeling off, and the floors torn up. They had removed the flooring and left the place in an absolute mess for over a month. Even worse, while I was still paying rent and technically the tenant, the management and maintenance people entered my apartment multiple times without any notice or permission. No one ever came to inspect the condition of the unit after the so-called “repairs,” and they just left it filthy and half-done. The Towers Woodland is one of the greatest apartments in Houston EVER. It’s the first apartment I decided to move in with my partner and I’m sad to say we had to leave. The pool, gym, reserved parking, and phone access to things were taken for granted so much so you can’t find it anywhere else. We live in another apartment in spring, TX that can’t meet the expectation we were satisfied with at the Towers. We think about this place DAILY. We hope to return in the near future. The only flaws I’d say about this place is there’s only one exit to 1488 rd without a light so it’s hard to turn against traffic most of the time (there’s another gate that meets a light that’s not utilized), mold grew in both apartments we tended (not heavily but enough to notice and be sick from), and flooding (any r

The Towers Woodland is truly a gem! From the moment I stepped foot in the door, I knew I was in for a treat. The boutique high-end apartments are absolutely stunning, with beautiful finishes and an incredible attention to detail. The staff, particularly Juan at the reception, are warm, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The amenities are top-notch, and the views are simply breathtaking. I feel so lucky to call this place home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing living experience!
