The Towers Apartments

I moved here 18 months ago and love it! The facilities are excellent and management is the best. It's quiet and neighbors are friendly and courteous. No issues with my car or parking. My 2 bedroom is updated and roomy with new appliances. Any problems, maintenance comes right up to fix it professionally. A lot if improvements since I moved in and with pest control I never see roaches or pests. *****

Living here at the Towers for the past 10 1/2 years has been nothing short of a great experience. When we moved here, our children were only 3 and 1 1/2. Then, it was nice having everything indoors, including laundries, mail and even a secured terrace area where I could take them to play. There is an Elementary school right across the street in the back of the complex, the middle school is literally a three minute drive and then there is a high school across the street in the front of the complex so the school commute is either zero or a super short drive no matter what grade the kids have been in, its great!!! Then you have a short walk or a short drive to a great big park and the Library as well(Montgomery Park/ Erna Ferguson Library) I also love that we live in an area that is so close

Just got an apartment here and so far I love it. The rent isnt bad for what I get. I have a two bed and two bath. Love the balcony cause of its space. A lot of nice amenities. The management staff is very nice and have helped me a lot. They have covered and gated parking for a small fee which is very nice. The walls are cement which makes for a huge noise reduction. So far I have had a great experience here.

I have months left on my lease and I’m so ready to get out of here. Everything is old and broken. Heavy sliding doors constantly fall off the tracks. There’s an infestation of pigeons that will come and poop all over your patio and furniture. Now I’m having mouse problems. I caught 2 in less than 24 hours. They cut off the air and it’s hot throughout the entire complex. Under my kitchen sink is a huge hole and it’s easily accessible to my dishwasher. The mice are even up high where I keep my food.

One of the worst apartments to live at… let’s start with the infestation of roaches LOL they say they will spray but they don’t. Disgusting!!! Their waters are always down weekly because of a damn pipe issue, the toilets are constantly leaking, people are SMOKING IN THE ROOMS that’s coming through our vents! Disgusting!!! It stinks and it’s not good for breathing.. haha not to mention the CONGESTED/INFESTATION parking lot. Y’all need to get it together.. whoever runs this place is literally a joke. ☺️
