This company continues to prove that it has no intention or commitment to improving the infrastructure within the properties that it owns. We have had a tremendously difficult experience residing in their BLAIR EAST building located in SILVER SPRING MD. Continuous issues with outdated pipes, boiler room equipment, water management (mold is inevitable), mice control, etc. results in CONSTANT activation of a faulty, loud, and disruptive fire alarm system requiring fire department dispatch. This system makes it nearly unlivable for individuals that work from home, have young children/pets, individuals with sensory issues, as well as the elderly and disabled who are forced to exit their units without support or accomodations. We signed a 5 yr lease with Tower Companies in 2020 in Washington DC. We had no issues with their property over the first two years; however, the last two months have been hell. They allowed a construction crew to operate during business hours (8-5) despite the fact that their own lease agreements prohibit such activities. Almost every day, our staff is interrupted by drilling and hammering while we attempt to conduct typical business such as audio/video interviews and conversations. After numerous attempts to stop the contractors from operating during the business hours, Tower Companies has done NOTHING to rectify the problem or provide us a solution. The corporation simply doesn't care about their existing tenants; hence, our contract lease can't end soon enough.

I was very attracted to The Blairs misleading advertising. They advertise a quiet, safe, clean community. The Blairs had contact construction and building maintenance, which is all but quiet. Secondly, the lighting is terrible in the park lot, with constant vehicles being stolen, lastly the plumbing is terrible in Blair Plaza, means my bathroom drains very slow causing a nasty look for my visitors. Do better.... U

Vandalism and assault have occurred on their properties and residents have not been informed. When bringing these incident to management they will quote their playbook as isolated incidents. Leasing beware.
