Fully adequate accommodations, no complaints thus far.
Been in the apartment for 3 weeks and can not use the clubhouse! A 5 digit PIN is required and it doesn’t work. They keep blaming IT and how they have to “work with their IT guy”. I seriously doubt they have any onsite IT support…most likely outsourcing it.
Really nice apartment, but thin walls and ceiling, plus it's down wind from the water treatment plant... I couldn't even leave a window open in the summer.
It's a slum packet in like sardines residents are cool 😎 zero parking full all the time
Pet friendly is not one pet 25 lbs plus $50 pet rent. 🙄
