The Timbers Apartments

Was here for 6 years. The only positives: Location is convenient, neighborhood is pretty and full of trees, it's affordable Everything wrong: -Hundreds of dead bugs on the floor moving in. There was also poop in the toilet still. Did it never get cleaned? -SO much water damage everywhere: the ceiling, floors, and lots of baseboards were missing due to past wood rot. -The place smells of mold. It was so bad at first that you could taste it in the air. Front office kept dismissing us. The lady tried to tell me that the crusty spots near my windows were “normal” -Had to get a lot of repairs due to water damage: broken dryer pipe in the wall, leaking dishwasher, hole in the bathtub, multiple water leaks in the ceiling and our kitchen flooding -Maintenance is hit or miss. I’ve been living at The Timbers Apartments for 2 years now, and let me just say — it has been nothing short of amazing! After seeing some recent reviews, I felt like it was time to share my experience and hopefully shine a little light where it’s deserved. From day one, the management team has been wonderful to me. Back when Annrae was in the office, she always made me feel heard and taken care of. Whether it was a maintenance request or a general concern, she made sure it got handled — and was SO easy to talk to. I was genuinely sad to hear she’s no longer here, but her replacement Arlene has been a rockstar! Ive been a proud resident at the Timbers apartments for a while. I can honestly say, it's been a wonderful place for me ( safe, maintenance on point and friendly management staff). I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful community to reside in.

This place is so serene. All my appliances and floors are new and the place is loaded with outlets. Very quiet and cozy unit and complex.
