Quiet and close to the beach! Staff are kind and helpful. All my neighbors so far are wonderful! Tons of wildlife to watch and tons to explore

When I first moved I thought the neighborhood would be noisy. It's actually very quiet. Ms. Blanchard is so sweet. She's extremely helpful and replies to messages outside of office hours. Maintenance did a wonderful job on my bathroom with no mess. I would recommend this community to anyone. It's good to be home.

First year (2021-2022) renting here was fine when it was still Carolina Cove under previous management companies. As soon as they started changing management everything went downhill. The apartment was decent but we started being charged quite more than what we were supposed to pay, five months after renewing the lease, completely out of the blue with no communication/notification whatsoever. At some point we were charged almost $400 more than what we would usually pay monthly. The only person available in the office was not helpful AT ALL and tried to act as if the overcharge was our fault for not answering “multiple calls” (they claimed) about having the lease renewal amount incorrect. This is THE BEST plans I've EVER rented from. Sarah and Wayne (husband and wife team of printery management) get things done! First month I moved in, my refrigerator and dishwasher broke. They got me brand new replacements within days!! They have rules just like any other apartment complex as they should to make sure everyone is safe and to keep am organized living space for everyone. They are the sweetest people. I've been here almost two years. They keep the grounds clean, they are always keeping a neighborhood watch on the property. They've really cleaned up this place. The pool is great! I can't say anything bag about them. This is the best place to rent in Myrtle Beach. I'm staying awhile!!

I love living her but every year they keep raising my rent and I'm paying the same amount people are paying with renovated apt. And then they came with a rule that I can't vape in my own apt. Inspection every month for no reason. They can come in and out whenever they feel like it. And now the landlord left ,quit got fired or moved to another complex so they haven't opened the pool all summer. For the money we pay we should be left alone and have the pool open.
