The Thomas at Midtown

I had an amazing living experience at this beautiful apartment complex. Sheyanne is the community manager here and she always makes sure to address all your problems at the earliest. I have never had any issues here. The apartment is newly built. The appliances, especially the dishwasher and speakers, unlike other apartment complexes, are really great. I loved the gym here - it's fairly big and they have a separate yoga room as well plus at least one machine for each body part. Everything is pretty clean and nicely maintained. I also loved the lightings in the bathroom and kitchen area at my apartment. I highly recommend this place.

Let’s talk about a hidden gem! The Thomas at Midtown “gets” just how important and stressful it can be for folks trying to find a new residence. Not being from this area, I truly appreciate the care their leasing team extended to me. They are super responsive and literally make me feel like I am not just a tenant but part of a family.

First, the management and staff are always very helpful and responsive. Any interactions I have had with the property manager Sheyanne has been positive and always well received! I enjoy interactions and the great relationship I have built at this community! The community itself is very clean, well kept, and safe! Which is sometimes difficult to find in the Phoenix area! Plenty of close by "things to do" in the Phoenix area and close to downtown. If you're looking for a modern community with plenty of amenities, this is it!

There’s no place like home! Thomas at Midtown has been my home for over 4 years and not only did I create so many memories in the lobby playing pool, enjoys the sunsets on the rooftop beer garden but the pool, the POOL.. was amazing! I’m so sad to be leaving because the entire team working here made it feel so much like home. The maintenance team is always so professional and kind, not to mention extremely prompt. Alexis and Sheyanne are so nice and forgiving if I ever had a problem. They made my move in and out so easy, I’m sad to be leaving. But now my puppy gets a yard. The only reason I left.

Off to a bad start, it’s move in day, I get off my 12 hour shift I’m moving my things, I was trying to finish unloading my things I’m stationed in the loading area, I go up to the third story where I’m trying to move in I have to get my bed dressers and vanity up in to my room, come down a few min later and they towed my car! On move in day after my 12 hour shift and the tow truck service tried to gaslight me and say “it was there since the afternoon in broad daylight” I got off work at 8pm pm showed up to the property at 9:18 pm so it’s impossible for it to have been daylight so now the tow truck service is lying and no one is holding them accountable. My car is UNLOCKED with a whole lot of brand new silverware, pots pans, cups my wallet ID so now I have to hope that these liars don’t ste
