I’ve lived at Terraces of Lake Mary for some time now, and while the new management team has made some improvements, there are still major issues that need to be addressed. One of the biggest concerns is the overall cleanliness of the community. Garbage is often left outside at all hours, attracting pests and making the complex look unkempt. The breezeways are never cleaned, leading to dirt, debris, and trash piling up in front of tenants’ doors. Many residents also store random items outside their apartments, creating a cluttered and messy appearance. There are also hidden fees including common area electricity, base water fee then water fee, base sewer fee then sewer fee, trash then valet trash, pest control (who never comes out), service fee, etc. The buildings themselves are in poor

I’ve had the chance to interact with the management team at The Terrace at Lake Mary, and the assistant property manager Dante consistently stands out. I recently watched him work through a conflict with a resident, and what struck me wasn’t just that he was helpful, it was how he approached it. He was able to defuse the situation in a remarkably cogent and professional manner. While most treat complaints as interruptions, Dante used the opportunity to listen and rebuild trust. That is an important distinction, especially in a role where residents often feel like they’re talking to a system rather than a human being. You don’t see this level of care often in customer service these days; it’s refreshing and speaks volumes not only about management, but also about the culture in the communit

The staff is so kind and professional. It feels safe and very family/community-oriented. Maintenance is literally top tier and works diligently and always so polite. They upkeep the grounds and I’m always proud to come home and enter my community. They also do food truck Wednesday’s and always have events at the office for most Holidays which is so thoughtful! This place is a hidden gem and I’m happy to be apart of it.
