The Terraces at Highbury Court

I have been here for about 6 years we have new management and they are not trying to make sure that the complex is secure also I have been without heating and air for 7 months when I go to the office the rude and unprofessional office manager gives me mad attitude so much so I had to record our last encounter. She mad that I keep coming to the office demanding my air conditioner be be fix the are people here with health problems and staying in a cold apartment is not how I’m paying to live and she won’t give me the corporate name or number. So 10 out 10 I do not recommend

Moved in about a year ago and absolutely hate it here. The gates are forever broken so people come and go out of the wrong exits all the time. Potholes the size of a small planet in the middle of the road. Apartment always smells like cigarettes and weed even though I don’t smoke. Kids running around everywhere and jeopardizing their safety. No designated smoking places but require dogs to play in a 1x1 foot pen. Roaches. When I say roaches I mean roaches everywhere. Even with bug bomb, spraying and cleaning daily. Still roaches. No screens on windows, door locks are cheap and with one swift kick of a boot your door is broken. Did I mention the cigarette smoke everywhere. People double parking in the lot to stand out side and drink and smoke blocking the way in or out. People parking acro

Well to begin with i been leaving here for 13years an very please with the new management they're so polite an if you should have a problem they take care of it always smiling an making me feel like they love what they do. The apt i live is very quiet an surrounded by very good residents. Mrs. Sylvia and Yachelis are excellent! Kudos to Ever and Tony for keeping up my unit and grounds.

I applied for an apartment in Sept. I patiently waited for the approval for about a month. I had a judgement back in 2019 paid and cleared . I explained upfront. I was denied of course. Ms Diaz states you can not have any judgement. She tells me this one month after I applied. She was dishonest and she took my app and admin. fee knowing I would not be approved. Don't take advantage of honest people!

One of the worst places to ever apply. The amount of humiliation and unprofessionalism that I experienced trying to VIEW this apartment should not be taken lightly. Please if anyone has a contact to some type of management(not the property manager) for some type of reconciliation I would appreciate it.
