Hello, I called the office about the apartment, and unfortunately, I was spoken to in a very disrespectful way. I meet all the qualifications, yet I was denied even a chance to view the apartment. I was told I could only see pictures online and that I must fill out the application before seeing anything. I felt like I was being shut out for no clear reason, and I hope future communication with interested applicants can be handled more respectfully.

I felt discriminated against, I asked for information and they didn't tell me anything. The lady at the office looked at me strangely. I asked for a 1-bedroom apartment since it appears available on the website and the girl simply told me no without giving me any explanation.

Ryan Long goes above & beyond for the residents, and we greatly appreciate her. Ryan is always so helpful & Attentive. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

I have never such kindness and professionalism in my life from Ryan, I’m new to the country and I’ve been looking for an apartment for a while now. I’m so grateful for this experience
