The Terrace Crest

I lived at Terrace Crest for a year, and my now-husband lived there for 2. It’s a great location (as soon as you get used to hearing sirens) and I had a massive studio apartment for the price, and my rent was never raised over a year in spite of being month-to-month. David was also a very attentive building manager.

This is a beautiful building that has landlords that cut corners and don’t maintain the guts of the building. We did not have hot water for over 45 days in 2021 and this is an issue that has been going on for years. Management is powerless. We’ve gotten city council and city code enforcement involved and that helped move the intractable landlords. Stay away from this building.
