The Terano Apartments

We had an apartment tour with Juan today and it was such a great experience. We are Rockville locals just looking around, and we are so glad we stopped by the Terano. From the beginning, Juan was incredibly friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the property. He kindly answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) and provided us with resources to take home as we continue to think about moving. If you’re interested in touring the Terano, you would have an incredibly tour and experience with Juan.

I visited The Terano today and Juan was amazing! He patiently showed me a couple of units and talked me through my options. When I told him the square footage I desired and how the available one bedrooms don't align with my needs, he encouraged me to go view the unit to see the layout. I'm glad I did! Viewing the one bedroom changed my perception of the unit and I was able to envision myself living there. The layouts are spacious compared to one bedroom apartments in other communities, in the amenities are top tier - especially the resident lounge and pool area. The gym is huge and the equipment seems to be well maintained. So far, this property is a winner for me!

I have been apartment hunting for a couple of months and looked at the Terano early in my search. This place is awesome and the leasing staff, Juan and Marquette are great. Juan explained everything in detail. I came for a second visit and still feel the same about the place. This will be my new place.

I moved in with my girlfriend a few weeks ago and it has been great. It’s a pretty quiet place and we’ve had no issues. The move in process was super smooth too. We worked with Marquette who was incredibly responsive and helpful before move in. On the date of our move in Sam worked with us the whole day from securing bellhop carts to help us move to coordinating with maintenance to make the place perfect on the SAME day. Could not be happier with the staff, plus the location is great. Another plus was the loading dock was a MASSIVE garage that we could pull the U-haul into. it closed behind us so we didn’t have to worry about leaving it unattended while we made trips to the apartment
