The Taylor at Winter Park

I’ve been living at this complex for over a year now. Throughout the entirety of my stay I have had issues with management (beginning of my lease agreement was a MESS), they claim to be “luxury” but my vinyl floor has been repaired not once but soon to be three times and is still lifting from the floor, the toilet whistles constantly at random times throughout the night (maintenance have marked as “fixed” twice with no explanation or communication via the app. Also it still whistles!!), and my biggest gripe is that the communal spaces are disgusting. The laundry room is always in a state of filth, the machines are dirty, dryer machines don’t dry clothes regularly and you can’t get refunded the money wasted for a dry cycle, and the stairs/stair cases are always FILTHY. I was just there helping my mom move in, and stopped in the office on Wednesday and I was there only for questions where was the laundry rooms. But she was so nice she gave me a map and marked where all the laundry rooms are. Very helpful and inviting. She is the person to talk to. Forgot to mention her name. She is Maria go talk to her.

I just want to take a moment a give a shout out to Miss Maria. What a beautiful human being she is. She took her time to help me and explain everything and although she was alone in the office she managed to to keep everyone who was waiting their turn calm happy. She has such a welcoming warmth and very knowledgeable. Im not moving till August I was just looking but I will be back. Ask for Maria she will take good care of you.

I have been living at this place since November 2016. I have seen this place be run by multiple managements. The original owners were amazing. However, the ones that came after them were hit or miss. This new management, FPI, is horrible. In a day and age were rent is sky high and renters must take everything into account. Let me tell you why this place is horrible. 1. Ameneties: must of your ameneties will not work. Primarly the laundry rooms. I have not been able to use the laundry rooms closest to my unit for almost a year. Now you can go and use the washer but got to dry your clothe somewhere else. I need to drive to find luandry rooms that works. The next laundry room closest to me has one working dryer only. Oh and by the way you cant call the management because they dont awnser. F

I’ve had such a great experience with my new apartment community so far! The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the property itself is beautiful and taken care of. A special shoutout to Dennis — he was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful with every question I had. He made the move-in process feel easy and stress-free. I’m really happy I chose this place!
