The Tannery

Disclaimer: I do not live here. This review is more of a shout out to the type of community fostered by the Tannery. As you may have read in other reviews, the maintenance crew and the leasing office here are a the reason this place to live feels more like a home than just a house. Special shout out to Marcy in the leasing office for taking time out of her day to go above and beyond for residents. You make The Tannery such a great place to live and create community in a time when it is otherwise so hard to find.

Ron and Dylan were absolutely fantastic! They arrived quickly after my service request and handled the washer repair with total professionalism and care. They made sure my dog stayed safe and comfortable the entire time, which I deeply appreciated. Everything was left spotless when they finished — their fast response, attention to detail, and kindness made the whole experience amazing!

Location is perfect and conveniently close to center , highways , grocery store ,etc . Even has a new car wash soon as you exit the back. My car was always clean before work or before going out places I would run it through the wash quick. Maintenance handles every little issue with professionalism; they are genuinely happy to help the residents. Convenience is the key word - it’s been great living here ! I will be sad to leave.

I’ve had a great experience with Ron and the Tannery maintenance team. They are always quick to respond to service requests and handle repairs efficiently. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been professional, courteous, and willing to explain what they’re doing, which I really appreciate. Not only do they get the job done, but they also go above and beyond to ensure everything is working properly before they leave. They are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, making it easy to communicate any concerns. It’s reassuring to know that the maintenance staff is reliable and dedicated to keeping the community running smoothly.

I recently moved into the Tannery, and my experience so far has been outstanding. Michael in the leasing office has been incredibly supportive throughout my transition, and Ron from maintenance is truly top-notch. The entire team demonstrates a level of professionalism that sets the Tannery apart as an exceptional place to live. In addtion, the amenities are spotless and welcoming, making it feel like home from day one. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.
