The Sutton on Park Lane

I’m sharing this to help others make an informed decision before renting through this property management company or staying at one of their units. This is based on my experience at one of their apartments. Upon move-in, the unit had a strong odor, visible mold in the bathroom, bugs in the bed, dead roaches, and dirty dishes left behind. It was clear the apartment had not been properly cleaned or inspected prior to occupancy. Due to the condition of the unit, I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there and had to make alternative arrangements that first night. Management later acknowledged issues and mentioned being under new management. The Sutton is a great place to live. The community is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with nice amenities like the pool and lounge. The staff is usually responsive and helpful. Parking can get tight and there’s some noise between units, but overall it’s a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

I’ve been living here for about 6 months and it has been great. Close to a lot of shopping areas like the mall and grocery stores but also restaurants within walking distance. I haven’t had much issues with my apartment and if I do they send maintenance within that same week. The current residents are friendly and no issues.

I moved in a month ago my apartment had all new appliances and flooring. When I had a maintenance issue the team came the next day and took care of it. The complex is very quiet at night which I like. Thanks Hillary and Jennifer

We have been here almost 2 years now, and I have never had an issue. Maintenance, front office staff is always so responsive and respectful. Any issues gets immediately addressed. A very good community to live within.
