The Sutton Apartments

This is one of the apartments I toured when I was apartment hunting. It’s located off Mason Rd by exit 745 in I-10. Very very convenient and perfect location for commuters. This is a 2 bed 2 bath I toured, very competitively priced compared to other apartments for what they were asking for a 2 bed and 2 bath. I would have jumped on this apartment but sadly another lucky person grabbed it before I could sign the lease.

I moved here from Illinois back in November, and my experience here has been nothing but positive. My apartment is top notch and clean. Maintenance here is awesome. All of my issues have been addressed in a timely manner. The overall experience with staff here has been great as well. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Me and kids can’t wait to check out the pool. It’s absolutely beautiful at night. I would highly recommend Sutton.

If I can give no stars I would. You want your clothes, furniture and food to be infested with roaches come to this place. They have me hell and never took responsibility other than saying that the tech is saying it’s not infested when I’m the in living there and seeing roaches come out from vents and hiding behind the fridge and stove and behind the baseboards. New manage doesn’t care other than being rude and just pretending to be a new manager. Tessa too confused and wasn’t helpful and the front office lady every time I walked in there after 5 the office smelt like an old skunk. After Karen left things went downhill with management. I recently moved to this complex from another one in Katy, which is very close to Sutton. This place is a refreshing change. They have a food truck that comes to the complex, which I absolutely love. Additionally, they always organize events in the front office to bring the community together. I have hardly any complaints. If there’s an issue, I’ve never had to wait for it to be fixed. The property manager takes every tenant complaint seriously and doesn’t take any shortcuts. I haven’t experienced any pest or plumbing issues. The front office staff is incredibly friendly and approachable. You can go in and chat with them about anything that concerns you. I’ve been living here for over 16 years and I wouldn’t go anyplace else. The staff is always helpful. I usually forget my portal information and Tesia always helps me. She is great at her job. I would think that she would get tired of me coming month after month for the same issues but she always pleasant and we even joke about it. She has been here for a few years and has been the best edition to this office.
