The General Manager, Maddie, has been incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. Transitioning from a house to an apartment can feel overwhelming, but she took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect space for me and my dogs. She genuinely addressed all of my concerns and made the move seamless. I felt at home right away. The community spaces are beautiful, the hallways are always clean, and the property maintenance is impeccable. The apartments themselves are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. It was clear that he genuinely cared about resolving the situation quickly and thoroughly. I am living in this apt for 7months so far and everything is opposite what it looks like from the outside. For 7 months we have experienced several maintenance issues like bathroom leaks toilet clogged and over flooded, something black dust coming from air conditioner pipe like it doesn’t cleaned properly for over years, most importantly in month and half after we moved in we saw mouse in our kitchen and when we reported that issue to management team they seem like its not a new thing and doesn’t take it seriously. After that time they do pest control almost every month we still seeing mouses over and over. Even in the public areas like near to the elevators. Even they have bad maintenance conditions our maintenance guy Mohamed was super nice and knows how to do his work. Do not apply for

Great experience with the property manager. I was able to get for a tour in less than 24hrs. This community is undergoing massive renovations, and I am excitrd to seem them in person. Additionally, the units were spacious and well thought out in terms of storage and layout. Do recommend paying a visit to this community.

If you pay parking ( a lot of money each month). be ready that random people almost MD tags every time comes and takes your spot and towing does not come here. The office just says : call the towing company”. Also be prepared that your car will be broken into and nothing happens even when you call the police. The utilities are crazy high and the rent increases a lot every year. 1 elevator has been out several month , shouldn’t take month to fix it? I got a new washer but so much smaller now than before. The winter times it’s really cold and the summer month it’s really hot due to the old windows that has never been updated so lots of air is sipping in.
