The Studios At Maverick Park

The Studios is an amazing place to live. Moved in about a year ago, I have all I need to flourish among living downtown. Blocks from El Camino food trucks, elsewhere beer garden and the lucky duck there is a wonderful presence here in the nightlife. There’s easy access to a dog park across the street, a liquor store within a 5 minute walk and about a 10 minute drive to the nearest HEB. After living on the north side for the last 10 years, I don’t think I’d want to live anywhere else. It’s a great place and the ease of access to the pearl and river walk brings you to the heart of San Antonio.

While I met lifelong friends, and had a fantastic social experience living here, I would not recommend living at this complex. Management and ownership is unreliable, unhelpful and very slow to respond majority of the time. I had a shower that was that of a TRICKLE for the entirety of a year and a half I lived there. I am not exaggerating, and anyone I showed was appalled that the shower pressure I had was real. It was absolutely not up to proper living conditions. They only fixed the shower in the last month before I moved out. Additionally, my AC/heating unit had gone out, and I was never offered rent off of my monthly dues until I forcefully continued to press for assistance, and provided a small, very outdated space heater to provide heat for 2 months of no working unit. Great place to live wonderful staff they have here. They are thorough in their maintenance. Overall great place to live.

Cute little place. Appliances are all updated which is nice. I’m enjoying staying here!
