Happy new resident, clean and they are working on updates to all the buildings in the complex. Wish there was some sort of new resident welcome packet with all the community info & benefits all in one place but other than that it is a safe, quiet, and convenient place to live.

I highly recommend this complex. I personally lived there for a few years. It is safe and organized. The neighborhood is friendly, located near all types of shopping and conveniently located. It is pet friendly. Very quaint and quiet.

The parking lot needs to be re done, the maintenance man is a thief. He’s stolen from multiple residence here. Reported it to the property manager Talita Godoi and she tries to defend him. Stealing is stealing!

I only visited someone there. Grounds for very well-kept and clean older complex but kept up mostly owners. Nice pool and tennis court

The step up from where owners park their cars is dangerous. It should be a gradual incline. I fell while visiting a relative. Maybe there should be a caution sign warning everyone that it is there.
