I moved into this Midtown location in November for the convenience of being closer to work (I live in Cartersville), but this has been an absolute nightmare. I would rather make the hour-plus commute daily than continue living here. In just the first six weeks, I experienced one serious issue after another: A contractor left pieces of glass on my floor and bed after installing a new window My kitchen ceiling leaked brown water, leaving the kitchen a complete mess The heat went out for an entire week during winter. I called immediately, and all they did was send a space heater three days later. It was extremely cold. The stove pilot light was out. When maintenance moved the stove to relight it, I discovered it was filthy—caked with grime that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I

This is by far the worst living experience that I have ever had in my life. These people will literally steal money from you and come up with fees and charges out of thin air. They fully take advantage of their residents and do not respect them or accommodate them at all. It's sad, even if you pay your rent every single month on time and keep the apartment in good condition, they still will come up with fees that you owe at move out and threaten to put unwarranted charges on your credit. They are not going to give your security deposit back, They will find any excuse to keep it as well as charge you additional fees. Arman and Pamela should be ashamed of themselves. I want to share my experience with applying to the Bloom properties. Both properties are managed by StoneKey Group, which is why I am leaving this review here. I initially visited Bloom at Jonesboro, where Erika was very friendly and helpful, explaining the application process clearly. I truly appreciated her professionalism, so I submitted my application there the following Monday and paid $100. Since Jonesboro was about an hour from my home, I also applied at Bloom at Lilburn, paying $150 for that application. When I inquired about a two-bedroom townhome listed on the website for under $1400, the manager, Nayvra, quoted a higher price of around $1600. PAMELA FROMETA is a trifling lying "property manager". If you have to do business with her when you're looking for a place, run the other way or seek an alternative and track EVERYTHING. This incompetent person gave me the hardest time trying to apply for a location. First, she gives me the wrong financial information to send over a thousand dollars of a security deposit to and thankfully someone working there intercepted and gave me the right information and this was after my bank had stopped the payment because they did not recognize the number. Then she goes back and forth with me for several days asking for different paperwork making me think I'm going to get a home. All for her to not approve it, which is fine but it's almost a month now and I am still trying to get my deposit back

The staff was very helpful when I did my application. Nayra Gonzalez help me through the whole process, she was super nice! The place is very pretty and the renovated apartments look great!
