The Sterling

I recently moved into a one bedroom at the Sterling. Its a very spacious and very clean apartment. The bedroom and living room are both huge! The property manger ( Guadalupe ) was very helpful and very friendly through every step of the process. Im very pleased with my new home and the surroundings. I would highly recommend The Sterling to anyone looking for a quiet cozy place to live. Thanks for everything Ms Colin

The management is great. New manager is very good, welcoming person, respectful, excellent listener, hard worker and cares about her residents and she makes sure that your request is taking care of. Also she treats you as you are her own family.

I was visiting one of my friends for the first time in her new home and when I got there I was totally shocked! Her apartment was beautiful, it had been totally updated and had new appliances and carpeting. I called the office and spoke with Courtney and she gave me the prices on both 1 & 2 bedroom apartment homes. She was very sweet and was really trying to help us get in there as soon as possible. I ended up calling back and Sharon answered and she scheduled me a time to come in and see the more recently updated apartment homes. She also said she could give me an awesome deal if I moved in by the end of October but unfortunately I wasn’t able to make it but I’m still shooting to move in by the end of November! Wow!!! I love when I walked in Sharon was so helpful. Once I walked in the office it was so clean and organized! She showed me the 1-2 bedroom even tho I'm looking for a 3 bedroom and it was so cleaned and smelt really nice. Overall my experience was great compared to other properties I've looked at. Sharon made my experience smooth and easy.

I was so delighted to finally stop by an apartment complex where I was greeted with a welcoming smile, who was Courtney and Sharon! They were both so helpful, not to mention the had cookies for my children and coffee for myself as well. When touring the property there was no trash laying out and about in the grass or inside the buildings. Plus they have some really good specials going on now so I definitely recommend stopping by, trust me you won’t be disappointed!!
