update today 11/26 -To follow up on my previous requests regarding a rat infestation in my unit, which have yet to be addressed by the office. The lack of response has forced me to take matters into my own hands, and I have spent $100 on traps and supplies in an attempt to manage the problem. Despite my efforts, the issue persists. I managed to temporarily trap a rat, but it escaped, leaving behind its tail—a clear indication of the severity of the situation. Been here for short while and I really wish I could score higher. The apartment inside is great, good size for a studio apartment. Good size kitchen, walkin closet. When I've had issues, it took a few days to get resolved but it did get resolved. However, one great thing about living in apartments is that you get to use a pool. Well, not here. Management locks and unlocks the pool area at their discretion. Some days they just don't open it at all. Despite what management responded to this message, they don't always notify you through the portal. I was excited to update review because management finally went and cleaned the pool. It was nice, bright blue as it's supposed to be, but then it just got worse. This pool went from BAD, to GOOD, to YUCK! All in the span of just a few weeks. Pool

Cockroaches. So many cockroaches. They run on the walls and fall from the ceiling. There are so many holes and gaps in the walls that they can come from anywhere. Front desk says they have pest control come every Thursday. I guess he’s taking all the roaches from the other buildings and putting them in my apartment

My boyfriend and I moved in here about a year ago, and from day one it’s been a difficult experience. We have a handful of drawers that cannot be opened because they lack handles or are blocked in by the dishwasher which is crooked because otherwise it bumps into the stove and cannot be opened. Bugs are an inevitable part of living here apparently. We have had pest control out multiple times and sometimes the flies in here gets so bad it almost feels like living in Amityville. One of our new past times is watching TV together in the evenings swatting at flies with an electrified racket. Don’t get me started on the roaches. The number of roaches I have seen here on a daily basis ranges between one and three large flying roaches. I will say, that there are no small German roaches. But that

If there were an option for a zero, that would be the rating. I've lived here since 2018. Everything was OK for a few years, until this past year when new ownership took over. My neighbors and myself have had NO HOT WATER and NO HEAT for almost a year. Management does not care. More than half of the units here are vacant because the buildings are in such disarray. The complex is currently being sued by a neighbor over these exact problems. It took the management four months to fix a light. They continually mark work orders as having been done when no work has been even attempted. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will regret it!
