They don’t communicate and will try to find ANY reason to kick you out instead of the people they actually need to be kicking out and the property manager is extremely rude. They also don’t fix any maintenance requests until they’re trying to kick you out.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My girlfriend left the last review about our AC being broke. As of today my AC has broke for the 7th time after they have claimed to fix it. The rental office does not care about the residents in the building nor do they take the proper action to have things done properly. They just insist on taking the cheap way out, explaining why they’ve had to come out 7 times within the last month and a half to fix it. After the 5th time it was broken they promised me a contractor, and still 2 times after that they sent the maintenance man back into my apartment to try to fix something that he obviously doesn’t know how to. Also, there is 2 elevators in this building, elevator number 2 has been broken for more than 3 months with no fix in the near future. They do a
This is an excellent apartment in a brand new building. Walking distance from everything you need including a grocery store a block over. Everything you could ask for in an apartment. I would give this apartment four stars or more, but for the management company. Without naming names, I have been dealt with very unprofessionally. Viewing the apartment at first took time, and was delayed for personal excuses which I freely forgave. I was told an apartment to my requirements would be ready in mid-August. I filled out the required paperwork and drove a long time out of my way to an appointment to drop off the application and holding fee. There was no one there and no response at any posted numbers. The following day I got an email from a different response to come in and turn in the paperwor
I had a very similar experience to many of the bad reviews here regarding the leasing office, and can confirm it is incredibly sketchy. I had an appointment to tour a unit at this building. When I showed up, the tour was with a different person than I was told I would be meeting, and they didn’t even know what apartments I was there to see. The “leasing agent” didn’t have any information about the units (price, square feet, move in date, etc) and didn’t even have a computer or any paperwork. He wrote down a couple of notes on a post-it note, which was the only “paperwork” I received from my visit. Toured the apartment and once the meeting was over, I was told to call a different number to speak with Bloom and inquire about the next steps. I called them about 15 minutes after the tour and w
I had an appointment to tour a 3 bedroom at the Station at Potomac, 1st- there leasing office is located 7 min away which is fine but it would have been nice to have been told that on the phone, I show up to the leasing office and they had me down to view a 2 bedroom in a completely different complex. (I wanted a 3). Basically the whole trip was a waste of time, the leasing office consultant acted like my husband and I were bothering her asking questions. I asked her to tell me about the apartment complex she had 2 bedrooms available in and she couldn’t even tell me the floor plan, how many bathrooms etc. This hands down has been a complete waste of time and so unprofessional.
