The Standard at Leander Station Apartments

10/10 experience. Chenia was fabulous. Communication was great. I'm a 19yo first time renter and she was great she helped me understand everything. I plan on moving in next month and am excited to join the complex.

When we arrived, the new employee showed us the apartment. At first, she couldn't find the keys to the apartment we needed, and then she couldn't figure out where that apartment was. It looked very funny. The apartments we were shown were not residential as they were only intended for showing to clients. The corridors leading to the apartments were dirty and dark. In addition, this complex has very small balconies. Residents keep their pets on these mini-balconies. During our inspection of the complex, we saw dogs on the balconies that barked very loudly.

The apartment complex was so good to me. Fast maintenance, fast replies emails/calls, they would also take care of any issue that was going on. I would have stayed longer but I had to move closer to my job. The new manager is so sweet and is very professional. Everyone in the apartment complex was nice, kid and pet friendly.

Love living here. We're building a house in North Austin and found this place as it's very easy to access off of the 183 toll road and also North Bell. Staff is super friendly and prices are great. Great amenities with garages to be used for storage and also covered parking a very reasonable price. We never have a problem finding a parking spot like a lot of complexes. We're using this as temporary housing and the master bedroom was big enough for us to put two queen beds in. We put the kids in that room while we took the guest room. Maintenance is on top of everything and they even have a valet trash service that comes by daily. I would challenge you to find a better place that's a better bang for the buck then the Standard at Leander. It's also walking distance to Austin community coll

Thank you to Karla and her crew for always going above and beyond. They really care about making things better around here. The maintenance workers are always making sure to be on top of things which is nice to see.
