The Standard at EastPoint

Corporate needs to step in. Office staff is rude, and they need major training, and if you have a serious issue they take weeks to address it. Office Manager and assistant office manager clearly do not know the state laws.

I have had an apartment here for the last 4 years and have loved every minute of it The office staff is first class, very smart and friendly. I always feel like I am good hands with them. The recent upgrades include painting the parking lot, painting the entire complex, new gutters, new security cameras, landscape rocks installed instead of the mulch, and the Alta Open app for a secure way to enter the complex. The maintenance crew is hard working, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. All of my neighbors are very friendly and look out for each other. I cannot imagine a better situation for the last 4 years.

Place really sucks! Will never move there again! Sons tablet got stolen from pool. One of the workers from there took it home and sayed they didint know what we where talking about. Also there is a lady that always threatens children and calls the police if the kids make too much noise outside! Place is a whole mess!

My girlfriend visited the apartment complex to find us an apartment, but she wasn’t treated kindly. The lady named Rose showed her around, but she only complained about going up and down the stairs. She was so out of breath that Rose seemed to be rushing her. Additionally, as Rose showed her around the property, like the pool and gym, my girlfriend noticed that she was sweating and seemed in a bad mood. My girlfriend felt rushed and disappointed. I really like those apartments, but you need to improve when showing potential residents your property.

I lived there for 4 years it was great place at first but once they got bought out and changed from Ravella to Standard it went downhill. My car got broken into 3 times in my last years staying there and there is no cameras in the back of the apartments only in the front which is ridiculous. Rent kept going up and no upgrades to my apartment so I didn’t understand why go up every year I went from paying 950 for one bedroom to 1400 plus.
