The Stand Apartments

I love living here!! I am shocked to see some of these reviews. Birte is amazing and the maintenance team has a speedy response rate. Great rent rate they even let me lock in my current rate for multiple years! No pest control issues. Lovely old building that is fully renovated inside. And I feel like I have my own personal grill with it right outside my door. So close (walking) to everything downtown and highways are right here. Small community and gem in lake eola heights

Strongly recommend against moving in here. During my approximately 6 month tenure nothing went well- especially the rats and bugs. Several months after I moved in, I found a rat when I came home. Pest control came out the next day and together we discovered there were holes in the pantry ceiling- most likely leading outside to the roof. After pest control submitted their report and I personally informed management, a month went by without maintenance coming to fix the pantry or a vendor to fix the roof, and more rats got in. I ended up killing and disposing of 3 rats that week. The worst part is, possibly because of the poison boxes surrounding the building, at least one rat that had gotten inside the walls died there and the place reeked of dead animal for about 2 weeks.
