The Springs at Peachtree Corners

I am so excited about my new home. From the very beginning stepping on the property Jasmine has been an amazing help. She was soo patient and kind. She gave me a full tour of the community and let me know what they offer. I was confused on which unit I wanted and end up moving up to a 2bedroom 2 bath and Jasmine assisted with that process. I was allowed to tour my unit before signing my lease which made me feel comfortable. There were a few small things that needed to be fixed before my move and all things were fixed the day I received my keys. The community is quiet and feels safe. If you’re looking for an apartment in the area ask for Jasmine !! So professional and kind. She is a life saver .

If you are looking to move in here, Jasmine will make the whole process smooth and easy. She was truly amazing and the people she had give me a tour was amazing as well! Apartment was nice and clean when they showed me, and I was truly amazed at what I saw.

Moved into a remodel building about a year ago. the walls the appliances everything was spanking new. Fortunately I have not had any pest to date except a few lady bugs and spiders. Community is quiet and clean . So far a great experience. Main issue is finding parking in front if building. especially the inconveniences in the winter time .

3.5 stars and I’m only taking a star away because I feel like these guys aren’t stern enough on smoking in units. I got cigarette smokers down stairs , they smoke IN the unit. The smell travels upwards of course. So at a random time (2 am , 10am, 3pm etc) the smell will just take over my unit. I’ve said something to the front a couple times and it feels as if all they do is send out an email talking about no smoking in the unit. It’s going to take more than an email to get people to stop doing things. You gotta charge them more money or threaten to evict or something. Tired of my unit smelling like cigarettes honestly. But then if I say something to them , I’m being “aggressive”.

Jazmine is awesome she has helped me from the day I walked in the office!!! Her kindness for others speaks volumes for her job her concern is amazing she loves her job and I can tell by her working with me my the blessing flow in her and her job thank u Jazmine for ur help in my moving looking forward to seeing u around.
