The Springs at 1100 Apartments

Zhane gave a great tour. She was VERY personable, knowledgeable, and super sweet. We felt very welcome and would love to live hear.

Sadly, I would recommend soldiers and their families not rent from this apartment complex. The amenities and conditions are poor and the hidden expenses are many. Their business practices are obtuse, focusing on their financial needs over the safety of their tenants. Considering there are MANY apartment complexes nearby that offer greater value for your dollar, coupled with more empathy and less hidden fees for everything from pets to laundry, as a former senior non-commissioned officer, I suggest young military members take their business elsewhere.

Nykkii helped us a lot all through the application and signing process. We felt a hearty welcome as soon as we visited the property and she answered all our questions professionally. Fell in love with the unit and didn’t think twice of applying. Very Fast approval and moved in the very next day 😇 the community is also quiet at night and safe and just 6 minutes away from Fort Cavazos
