The Springs Apartments

I am thankful for this apartment. I am grateful for this building. I am not happy because I've had too many maintenance issues within one year and 3 months of residing. Currently dealing with the sewage smell when my heat runs. Maintenance told me they have to hire an outside contractor to come in because something is broke. I have to open my window in this cold weather because the smell gets very strong. The whole staff communicates poorly. I have to take pictures and video's because without proof nothing is believable. When I moved in my apartment it smelt of cigarettes, has burn marks on the bathroom sink, and had yellow walls. The laundry washing machines are moldy and stink. They don't fill up with water. They only get the clothes wet. More community meetings are needed to address iss

The building is new, apartments are ok but it’s not that level for that money. They provide just only one sticker for garage parking. If you have 2 or 3 cars in your family you need park outside parking in the street and you can’t find parking in the street. In the building only 2 elevators and it takes forever to get in.
