The Spoke Savannah

I've lived here for a few months now, and I'll admit that the previous management team was not the best. But Jennifer, the new property manager at The Spoke, has been absolutely incredible! She's such a joy to have in our community and she's done an amazing job at helping The Spoke feel like home to so many residents. If you ever find yourself in the leasing office, ask for Jennifer!!

I’ve been living in the complex for about eight months, and I couldn’t finish everything on the lease terms , Ms. Jennifer was extremely professional and supportive. She took the time to guide me through the process and helped me avoid an eviction. She was patient, thorough, and truly went above and beyond to help me. She’s an amazing person and very professional. I’m truly grateful for all her help.

I’ve lived here for nearly 2 years now, so I’ve gotten to witness the change in management. The shift was immediate and the new staff, in particular Jennifer, are so kind and attentive. It’s been a night and day shift at least for me, and I went from neutrality about living here to loving living here. Internet is fast, there’s valet trash pickup nearly every day and the property is genuinely very pretty. I love living here.

Jennifer, the new property manager deserves some recognition. The communication is excellent. The property concerns are addressed regularly via email , upgrades are planned and mentioned when complete, and regular updates are followed up on to keep tenants in the loop. (Clubhouse) etc. So I want to thank her for being a manager who is approachable and cares about the tenants and her property!! I have seen 2 other management teams go from this property. Had I not gone in the office with a work order for my unit, I would not have known the last management team left. No email, note, or wave. Crickets!! Also, got to mention Chris, head of maintenance. Chris is knowledgeable and gets the job done. Chris is respectful and clean when in the units. Thats a big deal. He communicates the issue

Huge shout out to the new Property Manager, Jennifer Edens and staff. Jennifer, has only been here a short while and has turned this place around like never before. Finally able to communicate appropriately & within a timely manner with management!!!!!! The maintenance team is phenomenal. I had serious doubts about this place until New management..... Jennifer and staff appeared. I now look forward to extending my lease and Finally enjoying living here at .. The Spoke Savannah. Jenn and staff are Top Notch!!!! Thrilled to have new managent Thank you Jenn and staff for coming in and rescuing us residents. So glad that you're here!!
