--Parking is limited to the garage; there is NO off-site/street parking (despite what Management might say) - it is non-existent or taken by people who live in another apt. bldg. --Do not expect friends/relatives to visit. I can't even have an appraiser come to the apt. or something large delivered because the vendor's hours (with large truck) do not coincide with The Spire's office hours. --Never have a maintenance emergency when the office is closed; it most likely it. will not be fixed until the office is open unless your plumbing will not shut off. --There are no overhead lights in the living room, bedrooms, and closets. --Huge wasted space in the closets, bathrooms, and kitchen where more shelving could have been added (rooms are at least 8.5 feet tall). --Many of the residents behav

If I could give this apartment 0 stars, I would. They only allow ONE parking spot per household, no matter how many bedrooms you have. As a woman, I don’t feel safe parking far and walking home late. You can’t park on the street, by the church, or even temporarily in the garage if your roommate or partner isn’t home they will tow you immediately. They have no options to pay monthly. If you park on the street city of Alexandria will give you tickets early mornings, they boot & impound your car. Charging you $750 plus…. I’ve spent over $5,000 on towing and tickets just trying to live here. At this point, I don’t know what they expect us to do. The parking situation is predatory and unsafe. It will mess you up mentally fr!

I experienced issues with mice around this time last year, but management was able to address and fix the problem. Unfortunately, now there seems to be another mouse issue. I hope management takes steps to prevent this from happening again.

I scheduled a tour for today (5/23), when I got to your complex no one was there. Your office was closed for the long weekend. While everyone deserves the long weekend, I would have preferred to be told that I had to change MY plans. Today was the second time this week I stopped by to no prevail. When I asked residents in passing, they had no clue either. As someone who works along side our military, I feel like you have taken advantage of the holiday due to this potential neglect. I’m still optimistic, and am open to a tour.

Most horrible place you could ever move and i don’t even live here my boyfriend does! And im constantly visiting him here since he’s moved in here his car has been towed 4 times my car 1 time they don’t offer any parking!!! They say it’s a wait list for garage parking and the list never moves!!!!!! They will tell you park on the streets but it’s barely ever any street parking at all + they give tickets on the street as well! Today my boyfriend’s car had a boot on it and it’s parked directly in front of the building!!!!! If u can afford rent + a extra 1000-1500 every few months in tows and tickets be my guess and move to the spire
