The Sophia Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at The Sophia Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained, which makes day‑to‑day life really comfortable. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.

Beware of moving in to this dirty complex, and don't you ever think twice about that!!!. Everyone is moving out of this complex to some other places. Less then 38 to 40% of the available apartments are rented now. Every week I see moving trash near the dumpsters for tenants who moved away permanently. This new management similar to the other managements that came before, doesn't care... this new manager sitting on her chair in the office doing nothing all day I spoke to her yesterday concerning the hot water disappearance issue. This same manager sent earlier an email three days ago to inform couple of apartments about the interruption of hot water due to maintenance works for more than one full day... which was not acceptable by itself...!!!. The new manager and assistant went above and beyond to help me today. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made the entire experience smooth and stress free. I highly recommend the property!
