My review is longgg overdue, I’ve been at the property since October 2025. I started my move in process while living in NJ & the staff at the time made my move easier than I expected. Since living here the community has been amazing, the amenities are great & keep my kids very busy. After spending a year living on the property, I have nothing negative to say. The new staff is exceptional ! They have Patrick who’s the maintenance man & he’s great at what he does. He also works throughout the property with his Supervisor & he’s just as great. They also have Samantha, who’s phenomenal ! The staff who stands out the most are Rashaud Guerrero & Bryant Simmons. They excel in their craft of the field they’re in, they have been amazing with me & I take nothing they do for granted. Thank You Sommer

Patrick is always prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever I submit a maintenance request. He explains everything clearly and makes sure the job is done right the first time. I truly appreciate his reliability and positive attitude—he makes living here so much easier!

My friend and I had an amazing experience touring the apartment with Bryant. From the moment we met, he was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked us through every detail of the property, answered all of our questions with patience, and pointed out features we wouldn’t have even thought to ask about. What really stood out was how genuine and attentive he was—he wasn’t just trying to “sell” the place; he truly wanted to help us find a home that fit our needs. The tour was smooth, informative, and actually enjoyable. If you’re considering a tour here, definitely ask for Bryant. He made the entire process stress-free and left us feeling confident and excited about the apartment. Highly recommend!

The apartments here have great bright and fresh finishes, love the amount of choices for yards and the dog parks are massive. It’s 100% worth adding 5 more min to my commute for my dog. And everything here is so clean. You can see the staff here really care and my tour with Rashaud was amazing. He was professional and patient. Best tour I had in the area and for the price - it was the best value.

I love this community. I have been seeing some nice changes around the community. The new staff is really welcoming and friendly. Maintenance does a good job of taking care of the community. I had the opportunity to meet the new community manager, Samantha and she really cares about the community. She took the time to speak with me and help me with my renewal. I am glad I have decided to renew for another year. Highly recommend to anyone!
