Honest review. Most things about it are pretty ok. Maintainence is great like other reviews say. Staff is friendly. Short distance away from several grocery stores, I-25 is very accessible. The area in general is nice. A few things to note though. My patio is directly overlooking a dumpster about 15 ft away so grilling is out & use of patio is limited because it's a nearby resturaunt's dumpster & the smell is not negligible which attracts flies & if I leave my back door open for more than 10-15 seconds at a time, I will end up having a collection of horse flies enter & will be dealing with dead flies all over for days after. The walls & floors are both quite thin compared to other apartments I have lived in so be prepared to hear your neighbors TV's daily. The HVAC is in-unit which generat

I LOVE Soleil, and there are some reasons as to why I love it so much, my first reason is, the community. The people in this apartment are so nice and they also are so thoughtful and welcoming. Second reason, The view. The sunset is so pretty from my patio, I can’t even describe how beautiful it is. Lastly, I just love the office people, they’re so helpful and they are actually so friendly. You can spend some time in the office just talking to the people there, that’s how nice they are. In the end, I love everything about the Soleil, but the community is what joins it all together.

We’ve had a great experience living at Soleil Property. The management team is excellent—Kayla and Antonio are very professional, responsive, and always helpful. Maintenance requests are handled very promptly and with full satisfaction. A special thanks to Travis from the maintenance team—he does excellent work, is very polite, and makes sure everything is fixed properly. Overall, we are very happy with the service and highly recommend Soleil Property for a comfortable and well-managed living experience.

It’s been 3 years and still enjoy living here. The maintenance team is very responsive! It’s awesome for a response within a day or less and feeling very comfortable with the guys coming in while we're gone. Travis has always been friendly and professional. Although office staff have changed and new staff are on board, it has been great to enjoy even better “customer service” than when moved in. Being greeted with a smile and a hello when coming to the office is so welcoming!! It’s amazing they go the extra effort to have package pick up in the office when deliveries are taken there. Shoutout to Antonio! Also the effort with monthly newsletters, social events and community offerings are appreciated! So many family friendly events too. The staff at The Soleil are amazing! Antonio, Ashley, and Kayla were so courteous and responsive to any questions I had for them, and did a wonderful job in making the application process smooth. The property itself is also very nice and looks well taken care of!
