Society The short version: this place will do anything to save (or make) an extra dollar. They are not military friendly and I would not live here again. This is the first apartment I have ever received any pushback on canceling a lease under military orders, and I was close to bringing this to the base legal as a potential blacklist. Good: - The maintenance team is phenomenal. The agents on site are good as well, but it is clear that their hands are often tied by management. - The Society CURRENTLY has a good relationship with the resort that it shares the grounds with. Residents get discounts at the restaurants and bars, meaning we could “go out” by just walking downstairs and across the street. A nice buildig with nice amenities (especially the gym) however the floors are paper thin and you will hear your neighbor above you all the time. I lived in the felix building and the elevator is always blocked off for someone moving in or out almost every day, especially on the weekend. That makes life very difficult when you want to bring groceries up or for me personally when I would have to bring some of my equipment down to DJ on the weekends and have to use the stairs. There is always someone moving in or out because they do a very poor job attempting to retain residents. I was there for three years in a one bedroom and my last lease offer was to be $3550 for 20 months, I said goodbye but then looked to see what they listed it for and it is currently listed at $3048 ... $500 less

We love living here! Shea was so accommodating to make it possible for a last min glitch to be able to live here. Forever grateful!

the Bartender gal was very gracious making the evening entirely worth the money and time we spent ... lots of room to move around in for groups and intimate enough for a first night encounter with someone forever or someone never again ... what a beautiful layout ... huge but accessable
