IMPORTANT: I strongly advise avoiding The Shoreline at SoLé Mia. When I moved out, I specifically requested a proper inspection of my apartment — but management never did one. Instead, they later sent me a list of nonsense “damage fees” for things I never caused, many of which are just normal wear and tear any honest landlord should expect. To make things worse, they even sent my case to collections, trying to damage my credit score over these bogus charges. On top of that, their so-called “free month rent” offer is a trap. In reality, almost every renter is forced to pay the equivalent of one month’s rent to an outside company called TheGuarantors. That company does not protect tenants — it exists only to collect money from new renters while shielding the landlord. ⚠️ Bottom line: Avoid

The office staff at The Shoreline at Sole Mia has been attentive to the requests/ needs I've had & any issue has been handled in a timely manner. The residents here have all seemed friendly & inviting. Everyone says "Hello" with a smile on their face which is a sign of a good community. Amenities are amazing and Location beats all with Target & Costco literally next door! Overall, I've enjoyed living at The Shoreline more than I have at any other rental property!

This is my 6th month living here and I finally found the peace I was looking for. I love that it is a pretty quiet building. All the amenities are new and clean. You can run all the errands within a mile away from home. Also, I have been very lucky with my neighbors - a very decent crowd. And most importantly, this place is safe (!).
