Yes, after being here for a year and seeing some of the old staff gone and the changes, I don't really see any maid the maintenance like the pool is barely ever cleaned and the gym is never open. It's been locked for over a year and a half now no access to it and the roaches are absolutely terrible and it's not getting any better so yeah, I made the mistake of knowing, but that would be the last time. Definitely will not be saying anymore. I recommend is a place to get started. If you have to. It is on the lower end on cost, but you do pay for what you get so I do love League City as a whole butt. The issue is these older apartments are just not maintained very well. Everything falls apart, including the water faucet and the door handles in the cabinets and I could go on, but you get it.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of responsibility from the management. I reported a leaking window since June, which caused rainwater to soak my mattress. I even sent video proof, yet nothing has been fixed. Yesterday around 4 AM, it rained heavily again, and the water leaked once more, making it impossible to sleep. In addition, the dishwasher has been broken since June and I’ve reported it multiple times, but no one has ever come to repair it. Meanwhile, I’ve had to pay extra for water every month. I’ve always paid my rent on time, but the management’s negligence and lack of care are simply unacceptable. I’m deeply disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone until they take proper action.

The new administration is a mess because they send you the rent receipt and when you go to pay they tell you that's not the receipt,but a different,higher amount,and if you leave an extra balance they don't take it into account,they don't add it ,and when you report something they never come to fix it. I wouldn't recommend them for anything in the world.

Avoid this property if you can. They do not return deposits, and instead the manager responds with hostility and even makes inappropriate threats. The management is extremely unprofessional and seems unable to separate personal feelings from their official responsibilities. About Final account statement - the manager did not seem to understand the document at all. The amenities advertised are also misleading: the gym has been closed for years, and the pool is “closed for maintenance” more often than it is open. Only consider living here if you are absolutely desperate. Otherwise, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. I also forgot to mention that there’s dog poop everywhere . People don’t clean after their pets and the manager couldn’t cares less.
