The Shoals at Chickamauga Lake

Hands down one of the most serene and beautiful locations in Chattanooga. Ms. Donna and team has been absolutely incredible and warm in the application process, move-in, with astounding and thorough communication. During my personal transition, I sincerely could not have asked for an absolute gem of representation of the shoals from Ms. Donna. So far, fantastic experience with the units and properties of being well kept, maintained and clean. So extremely thrilled to have moved here!

This community is so cute and cozy - beautiful views of the lake, so much space in the apartments, the most helpful team - truly everything I was looking for. And I cannot miss the paddleboards and fun lake gear that you can check out! Such a wonderful community!

I moved in about 4 months ago and the experience has been nothing but pleasant. The prices are great and perfectly reasonable specially for the 2nd and 3rd floors that have a clear and beautiful view of the river. The grounds are kept very clean, and the new management has been stellar and very easy to work with; I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a new and affordable place to live. 10/10.

Had an issue with my exhaust fan in the bathroom. David replaced the fan same day as work order was placed and cleaned his work area when he was done. New fan works great. Thank you David for your quick response and great work.

100/10 experience here. We found this place 100% by accident and it was the best thing that could have happened. The views are incredible here. Maintenance is always quick and reliable if we ever need anything. Donna in the office made our entire move in process smooth as butter, and everyone has been so kind here. The team running this place is incredible and the location is unrivaled!
