If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I scheduled a formal tour through their online system and received a confirmation for a specific time. I showed up exactly on time, only to find the leasing office doors locked and the lights off during what are clearly posted online as their normal business hours. I stood outside the door and called the office multiple times but no answer. I waited around to see if anyone was just on a quick break, but nobody ever showed up or reached out to explain the situation. It is incredibly disrespectful to have someone drive out to your property, only to ghost them without a word. The most concerning part is what this says about the management. Does anybody truly work here? Is it abandoned? drove here 40mins under false pretense.I believe there using Ai auto telling us to come at a certain time for a tour & to start the application process .Got there office was closed not a single person there .Never answered the phone either . waste of time .

These apartments are horrible, they sent my son a email, telling him an apartment was available for him, and to fill out the forms before the deadline, he logs in the forms that he was suppose to sign weren’t there, he called the office for weeks no answer emailed no answer, finally after weeks he called told them the forms weren’t there, so she asked for his email to send him the forms, he never received them. Emailed corporate no reply! What kinda company are you to offer assistance for people in desperate need of housing then, do them like this. Don’t waste your time with them!

My son went for a tour they never showed up this is definitely bad business
