Community is great, rooms are great, pricing is a little high but with the amenities you have I understand in the long run. Staff is excellent, any issue I came across the staff and maintenance teams would assist right away. Overall a great place to live!

1 Year Resident Here! 🏠☺️ Just signed for my SECOND year lease. I have a handful of reasons why I picked The Shiloh as our Home. I am beyond happy and comfortable in this community. The community is new, really nice floor plans with a very diverse and friendly community and staff. Everyone is very welcoming and lots of dog dads and moms. I enjoy it because it’s also quiet where one can even day nap but also step out and enjoy the sun at the pool with music and all the amenities. As someone who is new to Texas I felt very fortunate to land here and welcomed by Shiloh’s manager Mia who is absolutely top notch the sweetest, organized and responsive head of office. After touring and viewing countless apartments, I was blown away by the hospitality of the leasing agents at the Shiloh. Olivia and Mia were absolutely amazing and answered every single one of our questions with transparency. Olivia guided us through a very insightful tour of the complex and went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met.

I have seen several properties in the north and south Austin areas over the past year and The Shiloh is by far the most beautiful property I have seen to date (yes! even while still under construction). I chose an A6 floor plan which I am absolutely in love with, but, beyond my direct living space, I am extremely impressed with the residents clubhouse ... the finishes are beautiful ... there are TVs everywhere and each section is a different feel. It's a comfortable setting for any informal event and a great place to work with a conference room and secluded areas if you're working from home.
