Horrible place to stay at. I have been here almost a whole year with no working toilets, I have 2 showers but only one works, half of the outlets don't work, and my dishwasher was replaced with an old dishwasher that had roaches in it and it still doesnt work. After they removed the dishwasher they left it on the sidewalk until my neighbor called code of compliance. My apartment is not the only horrible apartment. My other neighbors have the same complaints and informed me to call the city of Arlington. The leasing office will only make excuses to not fix the issue or say they are new management, however the new management has been there for months now. DO NOT MOVE HERE! My mom and I have been staying here for 10 months with no working toilets in either bathroom. The dishwasher has never worked it is just sitting with dirty water in it. Half of the outlets don't work and there is even one poking out which looks dangerous. The bathroom sink leaks too. We have been here 10 months and they will not fix it for my mom. They will tell you to put in a work order and then say they don't see it or they are working on it. For 10 months we have been using a bucket to flush the toilet. My neighbor toilets doesn't work either. My mom pays for pest control every month but no one has ever came. I will take pictures when I get home to show you all. Where could I start, I have been living here for around 5 months and from the day I signed the lease I have been having problems, here are some of many, . extreme wasp infestation seeing around 10 a day, one even stinging my at the time 4mo son I had to go talked to leasing about this numerous times and it took them around a month to fix and tons of cockroaches . waited until I had been living here three months to tell me they wouldn’t cover my electricity and gave no time to find someone before shutting it off . Constantly shutting off utilities, like constantly . Charged me a fee to have a patio, and didn’t tell me until I already signed the lease and there is always a bunch of random fees .Charged me $125 for a water bill for a 2b 2b and, which is extremely high .there is a light

Can't even get through to leasing department. So disappointed to say that the leasing agent who helped me was a total fluke. She lied to me on the phone after I toured the 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom and said no units are available anymore at the moment. From the picture below, there are clearly units available and I will be reporting this business for its unprofessionalism and waste of my time and money. Do not move here because you won't even get to because of the HORRIBLE leasing agents and lack of management.

So they are deleting reviews at this point. This place needs to be shut down . Oh everything is fine and dandy once you sign that lease it’s not til afterwards the issues being.
