Very racist and rude staff. When I first moved here I was told I would get a certain apartment but that was a lie they put me in a totally different unit than what we agreed on. During the Xmas toy give away the staff in the office would take the nicer toys putting them to the side for their own children and giving the residents the lower end toys like puzzles & game boards. I was not allowed to park my car in the garage because I had Dc tags & was forced to park on the street which resulted in me getting several tickets. Also the staff will come into your apartment unannounced and watch you leave on the security cameras and then sneak into your apartment without any notice! When I finally moved out of this nightmare of a place. The company put several false charges on my account in which

I love the Shell, and I love living there. Brenda the manager and her team are amazing!! Tanacia Lansdowne addressed my maintenance request expeditiously. She also got the maintenance guy to help me with another situation which was really kind of him :) Can i give them 100 starts??

Very disappointing! I called last week to schedule an appointment to view a unit and I was schedule for 4pm today. I arrived to the property at 3:30 so I called the manager to let her know I was waiting at the office door. She placed me on hold and came out the office, just to tell me that she couldn’t show me a unit because she has a meeting at 3:30 that will go pass 4. She was very non-chalant and had the nerve to be smirking while I was looking at her in disbelief. The more unprofessional factor is that she could’ve called me ahead of time to let me know not to come or reschedule due to her having a sudden meeting. I don’t live very close so my time was definitely wasted when it didn’t have to be. This place is a no go for me; first impressions are everything.
