The experience as a tenant, along with observations, leads me to conclude that the current operational standards fall considerably short of acceptable professional practices. A notable issue pertains to communication protocols and efficiency. While it is understood that all tenant inquiries and maintenance requests are to be submitted through the designated online portal, the subsequent response and resolution times are consistently protracted. I have rented an office managed by the Shandon Group for the last 2 years. It has been an absolute pleasure. Emily and Chris have always been accessible, responsive, and very helpful with anything we needed or any maintenance the property may have had. The only reason we are leaving is because we needed more office space. I hate to do it because, in my experience, when you find good people to work with, you don't change it. Highly recommended.
