The Senior Villages

I would not let any of my family members stay here for their own safety . I'm a delivery driver. I had someone's medication I had to get to this nursing home. There's a gate with controlled access, the person who controls entry won't let me enter to delivery someone's meds because the name on the order form was wrong but the apartment number was correct ( It was probably the person son or daughter who places the order) So their some person parent or grand parent who's not getting their meds because of who ever they let control entry to the gate.

These apartments are unbelievable. The manager is RUDE and beligerent. She takes the liberty to just walk in tenants apartments just because she has the keys. She talks to these residents as if they are her children. Don't let the pictures fool you. There is NO community room activities. They do absolutely nothing with the residents except for at Christmas. There is good possibilities for this complex if they get better management and remember that these are seniors who deserve respect.

My name is Debra Cauthen. I was a tenant at Senior Villages for 9 years. During my stay there, my health declined significantly due to toxic mold exposure throughout the apartment, even in the air vent. When the apartment #7 was declared uninhabitable due to the mold and the Management was presented with written documentation from 3 certified mold inspections, complete with photographs, they preceded to evict me without relocating me or remediateing the mold which should have been done pursuant to the lease and NC General Statues. The court case was 22CVM22137 adjudicated in October of 2022 in District Court. The judgement was ruled in my favor with prejudice. Since, I may never recover, Senior Villages will be facing a significant personal injury lawsuit in 2023. I welcome

This is a fun community pool. The entire family has fun. The area is kept clean. There is adequate seating and a lifeguard.

Love this place!!! My parents live here and everyone has been super nice to me! Neighbors are great and everyone gets along. Kudos to the staff!!!
