The Seaton Apartments

We have lived at the Seaton for 2.5yrs now and have moved up from a 1brm to a 2bdrm in that time. It’s centrally located between downtown, the beaches, LaJolla/UTC area and mission valley. Despite being right off the freeway (which is a plus for me due to the ease of access), Bay Park is a very quiet, quaint little pocket with a few walkable restaurants, coffee shop and brewery. The property is the perfect size making it simple to navigate and walk around, has a great pool and jacuzzi that faces the Bay and you can catch yourself enjoying the sunset while chilling in a cabana, grilling, exercising at the gym or hanging out in the open courtyard. People in the community and surrounding neighborhood are generally nice and the staff Julieta, Melissa, Jim and Daniel do a great job at engaging

I have been living here for five months, but my girlfriend have been living here since 2022. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. The community is well-maintained, with clean and modern amenities that make daily life convenient and enjoyable. The management team, Ms. Julieta and Ms. Melissa are very responsive and always willing to assist with any type of concerns, also Mrs. Daniel and Jim ensure a hassle-free living experience. The location is great, offering us an easy access to the freeway 5, Mission Bay, Fashion Valley, etc. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything needed for comfortable living. Julieta and Melissa are very professional and know how to treat people very well. They were really helpful throughout the move in process. They are awesome! We are enjoying living at The Seaton.

Highly recommend living here! The apartments are super nice/ modern/great appliances and the neighbors are very quiet. The staff is also great to work with, from signing the lease to the maintenance staff in case you have any trouble. Quick and thorough.

Living here has been an unbelievably positive experience. Everyone is friendly and things are quiet. The apartments themselves are honestly (in my opinion) the best in San Diego, with the attached garages and the size of the closets, etc., I am so impressed with this place. The only issue is that there have been some bugs occasionally, but they have pest control people here every week that you can get on the list for, for free, and it usually takes care of things. Also, Melissa and Julieta are the most friendly and helpful leasing staff I have ever interacted with. I definitely recommend this place.
