I will say I’m very disappointed at how their concierge team handled tagging my vehicle. Last night, I parked my vehicle in the handicapped area (I have medical documents showing that I am still handicapped from a previous ACL injury dating back to October) for a bit and came back to find it egregiously tagged with multiple towing stickers in places where they shouldn’t even be placed… written with the words “This Is Your Warning” from the office. I am very understanding of the fact that it was in a tow way handicapped lane, however, putting very sticky adhesives in the center of my window where I can’t see myself driving is a safety hazard. They also shouldn’t be placing multiple stickers on the sides of my vehicle. They also left every other vehicle alone that was parked incorrectly an
My 83-year-old mother was moving to Denver. I visited all the nearby apartment communities. From the moment I visited the rental office and asked about the demographics of the building, I should have run far away. The arrogant leasing agent was so full of himself, the tour I scheduled was delayed by 30 minutes, the unit we selected was dirty, and in disrepair, but promised to be addressed. We opted on signing the lease with a Jan 31 start-date to take advantage of a 6-week reduced fee. At the time my mom moved in on 2/20, the fireplace was still dirty, none of the identified items (including noted safety hazards) we pointed out on the 1/31 move-in sheet had been addressed. When I asked the leasing agent, he continued to promise they would happen. After multiple requests and me tracking do
I recently moved into The Seasons of Cherry Creek, and I couldn’t be happier with my new home. The entire community has such a warm, friendly environment — everyone from the staff to the residents makes you feel welcome from day one. The amenities are truly outstanding. The bar and lounge areas are perfect for relaxing or meeting new people, and the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna create a resort-like atmosphere that I absolutely love coming home to. The fitness center is well-equipped and always clean, making it easy to stay motivated and stick to a routine. Overall, living here has been an amazing experience. The combination of comfort, luxury, and community makes The Seasons of Cherry Creek a place I’m genuinely excited to call home. Highly recommend!
Never left a review in my life until now. Worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. We originally signed on for what we were told was a 2bd/2ba. When we went to move in, it was only a 1 bath. We switched to a new unit with 2 baths, which was not ready upon move in date. No fire alarms were installed, paper was wrapping the sprinkler, showerhead, and fixtures. For some reason they had painted the bathtub and toilet seat with a thick white paint that was clearly not intended for that. Neither of the showers worked and one if the toilets didn’t either. There’s also no fan in the bathroom which is problematic for mold. The property management and leasing teams were altogether terrible after moving in. They took forever to fix these basic things that should have been done before we moved
I have lived here for 3 years and overall it’s been a nice living experience! The staff is so friendly and kind which makes it stand out from other apartment complexes I’ve lived in. While maintenance requests can take a while to be fulfilled, the staff really is wonderful. I especially want to shout out Roberto - from day one he has been the absolute kindest and most welcoming man. He always says hello to residents, knows us by name, is so positive and respectful, and works very hard to keep the property clean and in good condition. He is the absolutely best!! Also, recently Adil and Stephon helped with some repairs in my apartment and they were so friendly, kind, respectful and efficient.
