We have been living here for sometime now. There is a high turnover of maintenance personnel. Of course there is going to be wear and tear when you have been living in the same unit for multiple years. We had an electrical issue, we were told that WE would have to pay for an electrian to come asses the issue. When I threatened to put my rent into an escrow account, the tone changed. Recently, had an issue with the main bathroom. Maintenance was “occupied” off site(across the street), so when he came towards the end of the day and did a quick fix. Two hours later the issue reoccurred and it was on a Friday. s/n, the maintenance guys is great, just overworked
Clean property, management is nice, responds very quickly! Wonderful community and kind people!
