"Roaches and Rude”! This is the best way for me to explain this complex. I have never in my life dealt with property management staff who are clueless. I literally make sure everything is in writing, because they will deny ever saying it over the phone. The maintenance staff does respond quickly, but the issues I am having shouldn’t happen if they invest a little bit of money in upgrading the appliances. I have had a minor roach problem since someone on the first floor of my building moved out. It is quite disgusting and irritating, because I literally have nothing for roaches to survive off in my apartment, so I know they are coming from another unit. I was evicted recently. I rarely write reviews, but after everything that has happened here, I feel like I have to. I even deleted reviews I left during my first month when I thought things were improving, but that was not the case. From the start, my apartment had a lot of issues. I always treated the workers respectfully whenever they came by, even offering water, and I tried to handle things calmly. Even so, I have faced ongoing problems that made it extremely difficult to feel safe or comfortable in my own home. I reported these issues to the office several times and asked for clarification, but they often ignored me, pretended not to hear, or did not respond in English. Edit: ok so I’ve lived here for 3 months so I decided to update my review! Maintenance team is above and beyond. They rock! My one issue with the complex so far is that the dryers don’t work. I’ve called the office and I’ve called maintenance. The office basically told me to call the off site company (which I did) or get my own dryer. Having a washer and dryer accessible in the community was a selling point for me and the fact that I have to hang my wet clothes all over my apartment while the office avoids responsibility with the dryers is not my favorite. Very polite and helpful office staff. Responds very quickly to maintenance requests. Grounds are kept neat and clean.

I just called this complex to get information and asked a few qualifying questions probably some people won't normally ask. The young lady who answered I thought she said her name was Natalie but the person she handed the call to said they had no Natalie. I asked if I was speaking to the same person she said "no", that she handed call to a manager. The "Mgr" could not/would not answer the question regarding security and crime issues within the complex. She said,"we have a security officer on site and that crime happens everywhere and I'll just leave it at that." I told her I wasn't concerned about everywhere else just the apartment complex I may live in. She was very condescending and never even announced that she was the manager upon taking over the call or that I was speaking to someone
