The Sawyer Providence Farm

From start to finish, the entire team made my move-in at the Sawyer flawless. Everyone is welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The gym and clubhouse amenities exceed expectations, and the property is top-notch. Stacey in particular was amazing — she made the whole process easy and stress-free and is the best leasing agent I’ve ever experienced. I’d give more than five stars if that were possible!

My 92-year-old father experienced a house fire on February 2 and has been displaced from his home since then. He searched the Waverly area and discovered The Sawyer Providence Farm, where he couldn't be happier. Working with Stacy and Caroline has been a wonderful experience! They have assisted him and coordinated with his insurance company, Auto-Owners, making this difficult transition much easier for him. Their professionalism, empathy, and overall service have been outstanding. The apartments are very clean, spacious, and safe. He is looking forward to spending the next few months there!

Amazing community to live in. Everyone here has been very friendly and welcoming, which made the move-in experience smooth and stress-free. The location is super convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. The clubroom is beautiful and a great place to relax or connect with neighbors. Overall, the amenities are well maintained and really add to the living experience. Definitely a great place to call home.

My experience at the Sawyer has been a roller coaster ride lol. First moving in I had a very terrible experience with my upstairs neighbors with no real resolution for about 6 months until they moved out. Once my lease was up, i decided to stay because I loved the area and community so, I was able to transfer units easily and find my new unit much better. (If you are sensitive to noise, beware living beneath someone as the floors can be thin and not soundproof) The best part of living at the sawyer is accessibility to groceries, gas, food etc. the community is very nice and clean, as well as maintenance is very attentive and fast to fix issues. There are small improvements that can be made of course as there are to every apartment complex but I’d say for the overall price, staff, and safe

Living at The Sawyer at Providence Farms has been a fantastic experienced! From the moment we moved in, we were impressed by how well-maintained and clean the entire property is. One of our favorite features has been the community garden…always beautifully organized and cared for, thanks to the amazing “patio farmer folks” who puts so much thought and effort into it. It’s a unique and thoughtful touch that really sets this place apart. The leasing office staff also deserves a huge shoutout. They must be some of the most knowledgeable and helpful people in the industry. Every interaction we’ve had with them has been professional, friendly, and efficient. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. We couldn’t be happier calling The Sawyer home!
